You made it to my website, yay! If you would like to order a Custom Cake, check out the link above for pricing & other details before you contact me so you can have a guide on whats available. Other items such as cookies, macarons etc are able to be ordered through the website via “shop deserts”

oh yes yes yes! Pick up is preferred. I always encourage 2 people if you’re collecting a cake for that extra moral support!

For pick ups, I recommend cakes be placed on a flat surface (either the front of the passenger seat or boot) with the air conditioner on. Warmth is not your cakes friend. Store your cake in the fridge & remove 2 hours prior to serving to ensure it softens.

If you decide delivery is more your thang, I do have a courier available who can safely transport your cakes & desserts. Please email me in relation to courier pricing.

*seed&coat is not responsible for any damages to your items once you collect your goodies, so please be super careful! They’re precious & delicate!

It would be preferred! If you have a cake design you like, please send it over so I can use this as inspiration. Keep in mind, cake designs cannot be copied however I can definitely use them as inspo & put my little seed&coat twist on it. After all, isn’t that why you’re here?

If you’re telling me your cake lasted longer than your celebration, then its all good you guys!  Your cake can be refrigerated for up to 5 days in an airtight container or stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.

When defrosting, I recommend taking your cake out of the freezer the day before & defrosting in the fridge to reduce condensation – another thing which isn’t cool on your cake.

As I’m a one human show, the more notice the better! I would go for around 6 weeks notice if possible!

If there’s something coming up last minute, just holla & I’ll try my best to help you out!

Please keep in mind that last minute orders may not always be an option.

For all invoices created by me (via email) full payment is required 2 weeks before the event date to avoid automatic cancelation.

All orders which have been “squeezed in” require full payment upfront.

Orders over $400 are required to pay a 50% deposit & the remaining amount 2 weeks prior to your event.

As expected, only some desserts can be posted. Cookies & chocolates are the aokay items!

A postage option is available at checkout, however if you are ordering a large quantity that does not fit into the standard postage cost, I will be in touch to discuss your postage cost. All items are delivered via AUSPOST.

Unfortunately, once shipped, seed&coat is not responsible for any damages. We recommend pick up or delivery if that option is available to you.

At this stage this isn’t something I can cater too, but I can refer you to some awesome people who can help you out!
